MISSION
To bring tennis to those who never had access
Beyond T7nnis is a grassroots humanitarian initiative that merges the spirit of motorcycle adventure with the transformative power of sport. Riding his current motorcycle, a Yamaha Ténéré 700, founder João Beltrão collects second-hand tennis rackets and balls from clubs and delivers them directly to children and youth in remote communities, where access to sport is virtually nonexistent.
The T7, which gave the project its name, pays tribute to Yamaha’s strong legacy in the Dakar Rally: a legacy of endurance, exploration and reliability. More than just transport, it stands as a symbol of resilience and purpose on the road.

HOW IT WORKS
Collection
The journey begins with the collection of used tennis equipment: rackets, balls, and occasionally apparel, generously donated by partner clubs, academies, federations, and private supporters. These are items that would otherwise remain stored or be discarded, but here they gain a second life and a new purpose: to bring opportunity, play and learning to children in places where tennis simply doesn’t exist.
Transport
All equipment is transported on the founder’s Yamaha Ténéré 700, a motorcycle that not only enables access to remote regions but also symbolizes the spirit of the project: mobility, independence, and resilience. The T7 carries the gear across off-road terrain, deserts and small villages, acting as a bridge between worlds
Delivery & Teaching
At each destination, a moment of transformation takes place. The motorcycle becomes a tennis net, and a dusty open space is briefly turned into a mini tennis court. Basic lessons are given on the spot, not just teaching the sport, but creating joyful memories, sparking curiosity, and building self-confidence. More than just a delivery, it’s an introduction to something completely new.

Vision & Values
Beyond T7nnis envisions a world where sport can cross borders, connect cultures, and spark opportunity, no matter how remote the location.
At its core, the project believes in the power of simple gestures: a racket in a child’s hand, a shared smile in the dust of a desert, a lesson improvised under open skies. These moments plant seeds of curiosity, confidence, and connection.
The values that guide the journey are clear:
– Inclusion, by bringing sport to where it’s never been.
– Adventure, through authentic, off-road travel.
– Sustainability, by giving new life to unused gear.
– Human connection, by creating meaningful encounters.
